Enquiries and contact form
When you contact us we process your name, your email address, the content of your message and, where provided voluntarily, your organisation, in order to handle and answer your enquiry.
For contract-related enquiries this serves the performance of pre-contractual measures under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries the processing is based on our legitimate interest in handling business communication properly under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Providing name, email address and message is required in order to use the form, but is neither a statutory nor a contractual obligation. Without these details the enquiry cannot be processed through the form. A copy is sent to the address you provide only if you ask for it. Confirming the privacy notice is not consent to advertising or any other use of your details.
Enquiries are retained for as long as handling them and the subsequent clarification require. Where statutory retention obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require further storage, processing is restricted to those purposes. The data is then deleted.
Please do not use the contact form for confidential examination documents or personal data of third parties. A suitable channel of transmission is agreed separately. Use as a reference, case study or AI training material is not a purpose of this contact.
Technical provision and email
Netlify, Inc., USA, is used for hosting the website and for the server-side processing of form enquiries. Email traffic runs through Namecheap Private Email, provided by Namecheap, Inc., USA. These technical service providers process the data required for their respective service; they are to be distinguished from the providers whose services may be the subject of an engagement.
When the website is accessed, IP address, time, requested resources and technical browser information in particular may be processed. The purposes are the provision and protection of the website and the limitation of abusive form requests. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Processing outside the European Economic Area is possible with the services used. The service providers’ terms contain agreements on processing on behalf of the controller and on international data transfers. Netlify provides for the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for covered transfers and, in addition or in the alternative, EU standard contractual clauses; Namecheap provides for EU standard contractual clauses for relevant third-country transfers. The provisions are available in the Netlify Data Processing Agreement and the Namecheap Data Processing Addendum. Fonts and usage analysis
The font files are delivered together with the website. Loading the typeface establishes no connection to Google Fonts. The website contains no advertising or analytics tools embedded by us, and its own page and form code sets no cookies.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Where processing is based on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it with effect for the future.
For such matters please write to office@sane3.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place in the course of contacting us.
Social media presences and messaging
SANE³ AI maintains presences on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X and Bluesky, a Google Business Profile and a WhatsApp Business account. The website embeds no content or buttons from these services. The references in the footer are plain links; no data is transmitted to the services when this website is accessed.
When you visit our presences or contact us there, the respective providers process your data under their own responsibility: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited for Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp, TikTok Technology Limited for TikTok, Google Ireland Limited for YouTube and the Google Business Profile, Twitter International Unlimited Company (Dublin) for X and Bluesky Social PBC (USA) for Bluesky. Bluesky is based on an open protocol; posts and profile information there are generally publicly visible and may be processed further by third parties. Transfers to third countries, in particular the USA, may occur. For the statistics of our Facebook page (Page Insights) we are joint controllers with Meta within the meaning of Art. 26 GDPR; the agreement is available in the Meta Page Insights Controller Addendum. The providers’ privacy policies: Meta for Instagram and Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok, Google and YouTube, X, Bluesky.
We ourselves process the data you send us through these channels, such as your profile name and the content of a message or comment, solely in order to respond. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in information and communication under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. These channels are not suitable for confidential matters or examination documents; please use the contact form or agree a channel of transmission with us. During the build-up phase, comments and direct messages on our presences are largely disabled.
You may exercise your rights towards the providers as well as towards us. Matters concerning a provider are forwarded.
